We gladly accept returns or size exchanges within 30 days of delivery for standard unwashed, unworn items in their original packaging complete with all manufacturer tags attached.
2. Customization & Final Sale Exceptions
Please note that heavily tailored or custom-printed jerseys featuring personalized names, unique numbers, or specialized lettering are final sale items and cannot be returned unless a manufacturing flaw, defect, or printing error occurs on our end.
3. Defective, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a flawed, damaged, or incorrect product, please reach out to our support team immediately at sportshub.service@outlook.com with photographic evidence. We will promptly arrange a free replacement or full refund.
4. Refund Execution Timeline
Once your returned merchandise is received, inspected, and approved by our quality control team, your refund will be processed and automatically applied back to your original payment card within several business days.
